Bodhi Flow Yoga
Bodhi means the knowledge or awareness by which one experience enlightenment. Practicing Bodhi yoga is bringing awareness to a better understanding to how yoga moves your body, mind and spirit toward a place of balance and harmony. It is a practice intended to open and strengthen the entire body from the inside out. The BodhiFlow balances the body’s strength with flexibility in a very therapeutic way. Hot Yoga
This class is a power vinyasa yoga inspired by Baron Baptiste. The sequence of asanas, or poses, is intentionally sequenced and consists of 11 phases in a heated room. The room is heated to 85-95 degrees so wear clothes you are comfortable sweating in. Hot yoga provides the opportunity to engage in greater physical and mental awareness. You discover control of your body and mind.
