This massage focuses on one area of the body where one might be feeling exceptionally tight and/or have diminished range of motion. The therapist will use slow and deep strokes to facilitate the release of stress, tension and tightness within the area.

30 mins – $45, 60 mins - $75, 90 mins - $105

Myofascial Release

A massage technique designed to gently stretch the web of connective tissue the surrounds all our tissues and organs. It helps decrease stiffness and soreness, while improving flexibility, range of motion and circulation.

60 mins - $75, 90 mins - $105

Prenatal

A full body massage using gentle gliding stokes to release stress and tension, relieve muscle aches and joint pains. The client will have pillows, bolsters or cushions to accommodate and facilitate a safe and relaxing and supported posture for both mom and her baby.

Signature Massage

Our signature massage combines dry brushing, application of essential oils, and a touch of hot stone for an hour and a half of total relaxation. Our signature massage will help you feel great, whether you have aches and pains, or if you simply want to unwind.

90 mins – $130, Couples - $275

Tension Tamer

Feeling like you are packing the weight of the world on your shoulders? The Tension Tamer is designed to release stress and tension in the neck, shoulders and back, focusing on the upper body. Hot stones and warm oils are used to warm the muscles as the therapist uses strokes and techniques to release all your stress and tension.

60 mins – $85

Hot Stone

Basalt stones, usually flat and smooth, are heated to between 130* and 145*. The therapist applies the warmed stones with a little bit of oil to the body utilizing Swedish style stokes, such as long gliding strokes, circular movements, vibration and/or tapping. At some points the stones may be placed and left on the body for an extended period, allowing the heat to penetrate  deeper into the tissue. It can “melt” away stress and tension and reduce anxiety.

30 mins – $45, 60 mins - $75, 90 mins - $105

Reflexology

The application of pressure to the hands or feet promotes healing in other areas of the body. According to reflexology, there is a direct correlation between the bottom of the feet and all other components of the body. The applied pressure stimulates and energizes those parts of the body, helping to rejuvenate, relieve stress and allow the body to heal.

60 mins - $75

Cupping Therapy

An ancient healing practice that uses cups to create a suction against the skin. The therapist may use long gliding strokes or “park” the cup to draw out toxins, release tension and inflammation. It can also help with tension as it helps to release the facia that covers all our muscles and tissues. It can also reduce the appearance of cellulite.

30 mins – $45, 60 mins - $75, 90 mins - $105

Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally.  In our desire to be effective and fair, the following policies are in place.
24 hour advance notice is requested when cancelling an appointment.  This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.  Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.  Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session.  Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
