What We Offer
*Each of our classes are 60 minutes. All classes are accessible for everyone as we encourage you to start from where you are at. Modifications can be made in all the classes.
Aerial Yoga and Fitness
Take your yoga and fitness to new heights with Aerial Yoga. In this class you will utilize a hammock suspended from the ceiling as a tool to facilitate stretching and increase your mobility. Hanging upside down helps to decompress the spine. The class is a combination of movements that increase your mobility and strengthen your muscles all while having fun. We consider the Aerial room our playground. Come play with us soon.
Bodhi Yoga
Bodhi Yoga is a slower paced, therapeutic style yoga. No experience necessary. This yoga is great for beginners or can challenge a seasoned yogi. “Bodhi” is a Sanskrit word that means “Awakening” Your Bodhi practice brings awareness through the connection of breath and movement to help facilitate a balanced mind, body and spirit on the mat and in your daily life.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is a restful practice that is used to release the chronic stress and tension that is created from living such busy lives. It uses bolsters, cushions, blankets, etc. to support one’s body while holding passive poses. Poses are typically held for 5 to 20 minutes. You will be guided to focus on your breath while relaxing and releasing any stress or tension. This restful practice allows the body to come back to homeostasis, a balanced mind, body and spirit.
Cardio Weights Fusion
Cardio weights fusion is a perfect workout routine that combines strength, endurance, flexibility, and cardio exercises. This routine not only increases your heart rate but also helps to build muscle mass. The best part is that it's synced to music, making it a fun and enjoyable experience.
Hot Yoga
Hot yoga is a dynamic heated practice that combines breath, challenging postures and mindfulness. In this practice you will build strength, flexibility and mental resilience as you detoxify and release tension. It is suitable for all levels; this transformative experience will leave you feeling empowered and balanced. It is a practice rooted in the timeless traditions of yoga, combined with the power and modern ideals of the Baptiste Method. Embrace the heat, embrace the challenge and embrace your potential.
Strong Nation
Looking for high intensity cardio and muscle conditioning class? Ignite your workout with Strong Nation. The class consists of combinations of squats, lunges, push-ups, burpees and much more. It is sure to bring on a sweat, get your heart pumping and improve your overall physical fitness.
High Fitness
High Fitness class is the perfect way to get your heart pumping and your body moving! With a modern twist on aerobics, this non-stop, action-packed mix of cardio and toning is sure to leave you feeling energized and ready to take the day.
